Harmony in the Pine Forest
Implemented beside a stunning pine forest, this project clearly reflects our ability to create exceptional value for clients. The main task was to develop solutions that would allow the whole family to spend time safely and privately on the brighter, front-facing side of the house, which previously had been used only for representation.
Plantings of black pines and Canadian hemlocks, complemented by variegated dogwoods, not only provide privacy from the street but also create a cozy space separated from the surroundings. This allowed the family to comfortably use both the fire-pit area and the lawn. Surrounded by the pine forest, the terrace with evening lighting naturally invites time outdoors.
The complex site design also expanded the water feature with a spring, linking the wooden terrace and the fire pit into a unified, harmonious environment. Stone paths add playfulness while ensuring convenient movement and easier plant maintenance. A large dog enclosure blends organically into the landscape and remains visually unobtrusive. A Norway maple, which became the central horizon axis, complements the water feature and introduces a new color direction.
As autumn approaches, the entire landscape gradually changes color, keeping the space dynamic and engaging. Wind-swayed ornamental grasses lend the setting a sense of fluidity, while contrasting, precisely composed stones bring naturalness, solidity, and stability.
