General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. This Delivery Policy regulates the terms of product delivery when purchasing products from the website darnioserdves.lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to this Delivery Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3. Products may be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 digital;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 supplied on a USB storage device;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 supplied in printed documentation format;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 delivered in a combined format (digital + physical).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Delivery Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. The specific delivery method is indicated on the product page and\/or during the ordering process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. Products may be delivered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 electronically (via email or secure download link);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 on a USB storage device via courier service;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 as printed documentation via courier service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Digital Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. Digital products are delivered to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering or by granting access to a download link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. Delivery shall be deemed completed when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 the files are sent to the Customer\u2019s specified email address;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 access to the download link is granted to the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. The moment of sending the digital product or granting download access shall be considered the moment of product transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4. The Company shall not be liable for delivery disruptions caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 an incorrectly provided email address;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 email filtering systems (e.g., spam folder);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 technical issues on the Customer\u2019s side;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 internet connection disruptions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 malfunctions of third-party information systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.5. Technical dispatch data may be stored as proof of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Physical Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. If physical delivery (USB storage device and\/or printed documentation) is selected, the product shall be shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. Products are shipped in sealed packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. Delivery shall be carried out by a courier service selected by the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.4. The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Customer at the moment the shipment is handed over to the Customer or to a person designated by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.5. Upon receiving the shipment, the Customer must inspect the condition of the packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.6. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 record the damage in the courier\u2019s delivery documents;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 notify the Company by email without delay, but no later than within 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.7. Once the packaging is opened, the product shall be considered accepted and transferred to the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.8. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.9. If, due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the Customer, the shipment cannot be delivered or is returned to the sender, the Customer shall bear the cost of re-shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.10. If a shipment is not collected from the courier or collection point within the specified period and is returned to the Company, re-shipment may be subject to additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Delivery Timeframes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. Estimated delivery timeframes are indicated on the product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. Digital delivery is generally completed within the timeframe specified on the product page after payment is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3. Physical delivery is completed within the timeframe specified on the product page from the date of dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.4. Delivery timeframes are preliminary and may change due to objective circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.5. Minor deviations from the indicated delivery timeframe shall not be considered a material breach of contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure circumstances, meaning circumstances beyond the Company\u2019s control that could not have been reasonably foreseen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 natural disasters;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 extreme weather conditions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 transport or logistics disruptions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 government-imposed restrictions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 strikes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 military actions or states of emergency;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 supply chain disruptions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 other events beyond the Company\u2019s control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.3. In the event of force majeure, the delivery deadline shall be extended for a period proportional to the duration of such circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.4. If force majeure circumstances continue for more than 30 calendar days, the parties shall have the right to terminate the contract in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Proof of Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. In the case of digital delivery, the Company may retain technical records confirming the time of file dispatch or access activation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2. In the case of physical shipments, the Company may retain courier tracking information as proof of delivery and transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.3. Delivery records may be used as evidence in dispute resolution proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Contact Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1. If the Customer does not receive the product within the specified timeframe, they must contact the Company by email at projektavimas@darnioserdves.lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.2.
